We took the fabric from our Your Go To Leggings, added the pockets from our Rise & Grind Series, and then an 8 inch inseam to create The Cadence Short. This short will be perfect for long runs, grueling bike rides, yoga class, and even for those who simply want more coverage.  Hit your stride in The Cadence Short! 

Due to the nature of this item - we recommend sizing up by one size from your leggings size. Unless you want a very compressive fit

the BEST

I own 3 colors and love these. They are perfect for the gym and for hiking/running with the dog. *pockets* The material is super soft and these stay up well - no constant readjusting when doing squats or deadlifts.

Not A Fan of the Cut

The material is soft and quite comfortable, and I love the color. However, if you have bigger thighs you might not be a fan of this style. I felt the cut of these shorts emphasized my inner thighs in a very unflattering way.

Amazing!

These shorts have the perfect amount of compression and are so comfy! The length is great too! I usually worry about shorts riding up but these are long enough that they stay in place.
