Generally, our sizing is on par with other activewear brands, ie: if you wear a size S in one, you will most likely wear a S in BP. But it's always worth getting a tape measure out and checking!

MEASURING TIPS:
For the most accurate measurements, we suggest measuring as close to the skin as possible while wearing a non-padded, non-compression bra.
BUST MEASUREMENT:
Wrap the measuring tape around and across the widest point of the chest.
MEASURING TIPS:
We have determined that your waist measurement will most likely dictate your size. Right on the edge between two sizes? You can utilize your thigh and hip measurements as secondary guidelines to help you find the perfect size.
WAIST MEASUREMENT:
Measure around the smallest part of your torso, keeping the measuring tape as horizontal as possible.
THIGH MEASUREMENT:
Measure around widest area of the thigh.
HIP MEASUREMENT:
Measure around the largest area of your hips, encapsulating the roundest part of your gluteus.
To find your cup size make the following measurements:
A) Bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number.
B) Rib Cage ( Under Bust )
A-B = Cup Size
2.5 CM= A | 5 CM= B | 7.5 CM= C | 10 CM= D | 12.5 CM= DD | 15 CM= E

Fit Guidelines:
Every bra serves a different purpose for different activities and we recommend referencing each specific bra product description to determine the best bra for your body and sport. Our bras should generally fit snug. Wearing the bras too loose will not likely provide adequate support.

I am incredibly happy I have finally found a sports bra that actually fits and holds me in! I immediately bought all the colors, this is my go to bra, works well under a baggy shirt too. I love this bra so much! Highly highly recommend, especially if you are a 36-38 DD like me!
I love this bra. It's so comfortable and it provides a lot of support. As someone with DDs, it's hard to find sports bras that are supportive without also having super thick material or thick straps. I wore this for a heavy olympic lifting workout and a workout with burpees, and it held everything in place. It was also easy to put on and take off. I ordered an XL and I wear a 36DD.
I'm a 34 DDD and purchased a size Large. I bought this for every day wear and so far it's been amazing! It's really soft and because of the thick waist band and higher chest line, there is absolutely no spilling. I couldn't wear this for jumping or running though.
