Refund and Exchange Policy


Change your mind? Not the right size or style? No problem!

As long as the item is unworn, unwashed and tags are intact, we offer refunds and exchanges. 

Please note: we only process orders made on the Born Primitive Middle East site. 

As much as we like to deliver the best product and service to our customers, sometimes things aren’t ‘quite right.’ In these cases we want you to know the following refund and returns policies. 

Refund and Returns Policy

    • If you are unhappy with an item or ordered the wrong size you have 14 days once you have received your order to notify us. 

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted if the items are:

      • Brand new
      • Tags must be attached
      • Unworn (no stains, mak-up, perfume or hair)

    • Please return items in the provided packaging. 

    • If an item was sent to you that does not match your order please inform us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

    • Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
    • We reserve the right to adjust refunds if original items are not received in new condition - you will be notified.

Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted

Returns/Refunds : You will be charged for the items to be returned. Once the items have been returned your refund will be processed. 

Exchanges: You will be sent a payment link for the items to be returned to us and a the new items to be sent back to you. Exchanges will only be processed once the original items have been received by us. 

Shipping Costs

For all returns/exchanges we will book the collection of items.

For product defects we offer a 90-Day return window. We ask for all customers to immediately contact us at We recommend to include a description and/or picture attached to your email on issues with your product to better assist you. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Gift Cards

-Gift cards have no expiration date and are not exchangeable for cash.
