What items are non-refundable?
We will not refund the following items:
- Gift cards
- Items where tags have been removed
- Clearance Sale or Flash Sale Items
- Intimate items

How long do I have to make a return/exchange?
You have 14 days to get in touch with us to arrange a return/exchange.

How do I make a return or exchange an item?
To request a return please login to your account and select the items you want to return.

Are there charges on returns/exchanges?
For all returns/exchanges we will book the collection of items.
Contact us to request a return slip and book a date with our courier company.
We will send you a payment link for shipping.
Returns/Refunds : You will be charged for the items to be returned. Once the items have been returned your refund will be processed.
Exchanges: You will be sent a payment link for the items to be returned to us and a the new items to be sent back to you. Exchanges will only be processed once the original items have been received by us.

Do you replace faulty items?
Very rarely do our products have faults, but something there is something that goes wrong.

What is the best way to care for my products?
We recommend to wash our products in cool water with like colors and hang to dry for longevity.
Any product not washed in this manner will not be warrantied.
Items should not be tumble-dried or dry-cleaned.
How do your sizes compare to Lululemon's?
The following are our recommendations:

What is the difference between your joggers?
The Recovery Joggers provide four pockets, featuring a lightweight ribbed and stretchy material with a drawstring waist. The material is 87% Nylon and 13% Spandex. They have more of a buttery/slippery feeling to them and are our most lightweight jogger.
The Athleisure Rest Day Joggers are made out of our very soft Athleisure material, providing side pockets and a zipper pocket in the back. It also has a drawstring elastic waistband. The material is 88% polyester and 12% spandex.
The Unmatched Recovery Joggers are going to be a thicker and warmer material and resemble traditional sweatpants. This jogger is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. We would recommend sizing down for this jogger if you are wanting a more snug fit. If you are looking for a more relaxed jogger we recommend sticking with your same size.

When will my order ship?
Your order is sent within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delivery times:
1-3 Days:
Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar
3-5 Days:
Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan
Please take in mind that orders placed on a Friday or holidays will ship next business day.
Will I need to pay customs / taxes?
Orders outside of Kuwait are subject to import duties and taxes.
As much as we love all of our customers, we cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs. Customs policies vary from country to country; therefore, we recommend to contact your local customs office for further information. By law, we must declare prices for all items being shipped.
DHL will be in contact with you in regards to the taxes are due to receive your order.
Please note: Any order that is refused payment on taxes will be returned to us. You will receive a refund after all admin fees are deducted.
These admin fees include:
- Return shipping to Born Primitive Middle East in Kuwait.
- Taxes on return to Kuwait from destination country.
Is delivery straight to my door?
We ship all orders with DHL which means your order will be delivered directly to the address you provide.
Please provide an address where someone is available to receive the package.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp.
You can always check your order status through your account on our website.
How do I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?
We recommend to contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to update your address.

What if my package got lost stolen or damaged?
We work exclusively with DHL and all shipments are insured with them.

The following are acceptable forms of payment:

How do I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you via email or Whatsapp.

Can I cancel my order once its been placed?
We are sorry to hear you changed your mind!
You may cancel your order at any time by contacting our customer service team if it has not yet shipped.
If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will need to then arrange a return once you have received it.

What if I order the wrong size or color?
You are not able to add or change items to orders once they have been placed. We recommend to contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible for further assistance.

What if I am missing an item on my order?

What if the item I want is Out of Stock?
Sign up for restock notifications by clicking on the item and size you’d like. Once you click on your size there will be a "Notify Me" section on the product.
Enter in your email address. You will receive an email notification once the item is back in stock.
Items which are on sale in our Clearance Vault will not be restocked.
Sign up for our Newsletter to be notified when our best sellers are restocked and we get new arrivals in.
Can I use more than 1 coupon code at a time?
Only one promo code is allowed to be used at a time.
If you have a Gift Card code, you will be able to use the gift card, hit enter and then add the discount code after.
Can I add an item to my order after its been placed?
We are not able to add items to your order once it's been placed. We recommend to place a separate order or cancel your previous order and place a new one with all the items desired.
