Generally, our sizing is on par with other activewear brands, ie: if you wear a size S in one, you will most likely wear a S in BP. But it's always worth getting a tape measure out and checking!

MEASURING TIPS:
For the most accurate measurements, we suggest measuring as close to the skin as possible while wearing a non-padded, non-compression bra.
BUST MEASUREMENT:
Wrap the measuring tape around and across the widest point of the chest.
MEASURING TIPS:
We have determined that your waist measurement will most likely dictate your size. Right on the edge between two sizes? You can utilize your thigh and hip measurements as secondary guidelines to help you find the perfect size.
WAIST MEASUREMENT:
Measure around the smallest part of your torso, keeping the measuring tape as horizontal as possible.
THIGH MEASUREMENT:
Measure around widest area of the thigh.
HIP MEASUREMENT:
Measure around the largest area of your hips, encapsulating the roundest part of your gluteus.
To find your cup size make the following measurements:
A) Bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number.
B) Rib Cage ( Under Bust )
A-B = Cup Size
2.5 CM= A | 5 CM= B | 7.5 CM= C | 10 CM= D | 12.5 CM= DD | 15 CM= E
The difference in centimeters is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.Sports Bra Fit Guidelines.
Fit Guidelines:
Every bra serves a different purpose for different activities and we recommend referencing each specific bra product description to determine the best bra for your body and sport. Our bras should generally fit snug. Wearing the bras too loose will not likely provide adequate support.

I love these shorts! The length is perfect. Even when they ride up during a workout, you still feel the full coverage. I’m almost 40, so didn’t want the super short ones. I’m 5’2” 125lbs and the Med fit great! Prob could’ve worn a Small, but I’m glad I got the Med. They are super comfortable. The high waist is perfect to help smooth out the tummy.
These are so comfortable and are the perfect height. I got these to wear around the house but they would good to workout in too. For reference, I am 5’5” and 175lbs with a mommy pooch from having 2 under 2 recently.

These fit and move so nicely. Love them. Bought them in three beautiful colors. The only thing I don’t like is the middle seam. They need a wider gusset or take that whole middle seam out. It’s 2023, why is there still a middle seam in womens bottoms?
