Generally, our sizing is on par with other activewear brands, ie: if you wear a size S in one, you will most likely wear a S in BP. But it's always worth getting a tape measure out and checking!

MEASURING TIPS:
For the most accurate measurements, we suggest measuring as close to the skin as possible while wearing a non-padded, non-compression bra.
BUST MEASUREMENT:
Wrap the measuring tape around and across the widest point of the chest.
MEASURING TIPS:
We have determined that your waist measurement will most likely dictate your size. Right on the edge between two sizes? You can utilize your thigh and hip measurements as secondary guidelines to help you find the perfect size.
WAIST MEASUREMENT:
Measure around the smallest part of your torso, keeping the measuring tape as horizontal as possible.
THIGH MEASUREMENT:
Measure around widest area of the thigh.
HIP MEASUREMENT:
Measure around the largest area of your hips, encapsulating the roundest part of your gluteus.
To find your cup size make the following measurements:
A) Bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number.
B) Rib Cage ( Under Bust )
A-B = Cup Size
2.5 CM= A | 5 CM= B | 7.5 CM= C | 10 CM= D | 12.5 CM= DD | 15 CM= E

Fit Guidelines:
Every bra serves a different purpose for different activities and we recommend referencing each specific bra product description to determine the best bra for your body and sport. Our bras should generally fit snug. Wearing the bras too loose will not likely provide adequate support.

This time I got a medium and it's perfect totally worth it! I wear a 32DDD I'm 5'7 my weight is up and down from 165-170lbs
This thing is so comfortable! I can wear it all day! Normally I tear off sports bra as soon as I can after a workout, these I could live in! They don't dig into my flabby back ribs like every sports bra I ever tried. And the shoulder straps are soft and wide as well so they didn't dig in there either. After trying on my first one I instantly went to buy two more! Love them and am so excited to finally find a worthy supportive sports bra that is super soft and comfortable while also looking super stylish.

Hands down the best sports bra I've found. Every other bra hurts my shoulders, neck, and upper back because of my lat spread. This double cross bra feels like I'm not wearing anything at all. Definitely ordering more in the future!
